We know buying clothes online is hard, sometimes they don't fit as nice or the color is not what you expected and returns sometimes are inevitable so we have adopted a NO QUESTIONS ASKED return policy to return your Lunachi PJs!

We buy online too, so we want to make this an easy process! Just initiate your return by emailing us to info@lunachi.com 

All returned must be requested within 30-days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and in original packing.

Discounted Items

Please note that pajamas discounted more than 30% are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. All other sale items are eligible for exchanges, but can't be returned.

Garment Condition

Please take care when trying on our Pajamas. Make sure to try on any bottoms over underwear, be mindful of makeup, deodorant stains, animal hair, perfume, or other product stains as this will make your return subject to refusal.

Lunachi Nightwear reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if merchandise is considered in sellable condition. Items that are deemed not sellable will be discarded. We will not send these item(s) back, so please be mindful before sending your return to avoid unwanted situations. If in doubt you can contact us at info@lunachi.com to make assessment of your situation.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged item, you must report it within 3 days of receiving merchandise and share a picture as evidence of the damage for assessment otherwise the garment cannot be returned.



Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

You may send us an email to info@lunachi.com letting us know that you want to return the pajamas, please use the order number as the subject. We will email you a prepaid shipping label for you to print free of any charge. A $6.79 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking expenses. 

If you choose self return, let us know and we will send you the return address, you may use the shipping carrier of your choice and you will be responsible for paying postage. Please keep a record of the tracking number. 

If you would like to exchange the item, you can tell us in the email, just let us know the size you need and we will mail it to you once we receive the return back. We will cover the shipping charges for your outgoing exchange. 



You are free to return your item(s) in the original packaging or whatever packaging you choose. Please do not staple any bags as it can damage the garment(s). All tags must be attached and any other accessories of the garment must be included with your return.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 



We will send you an email to the address associated with your order within 24 business hours of your return's arrival at our return department. It can take up to a week to fully process your return and reimbursement. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Clearance products do not have refund.
