You can drop us a message to info@lunachi.com and we will do everything in our power to cancel the transaction before the order is shipped. Keep in mind that the order cannot be cancelled once your PJ’s are shipped.

We know you want to get your PJ’s NOW, but give us a couple of days to get things right. Orders are usually shipped within 2 days from our Florida warehouse.
We will be in communication with you all the time! Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information, which will be often updated. Once the order is delivered, you will receive an email notification with the delivery details.

Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us please provide your specific claim number from the carrier. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.
We know buying online is hard, and in an effort to make it a little bit easier we do offer free return shipping, so don’t worry about additional costs.

ONLINE RETURN HERE We accepts returns of unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of your ship date. At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges but is not a problem! Simply initiate a return for the item you're sending back and place a separate transaction for the correct size or style. After that, mail back the original item back to us using the free shipping label, once received we will credit you for the return.
BTW we will ship the new pajamas to you right away.

Colombian women pajamas are highly sought after and tends to sell quickly. We will gladly assist you, just drop us a message to info@lunachi.com and provide your name, SKU or picture of the item you are looking for. We will double check our inventory for you and check when we can expect more.

Please allow 4-8 days for us to receive your return. After this, it may take up to 4 business days to inspect and process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.
